A new 16,700 SF facility combines office and warehouse operations under one roof.
Omaha, NE, October 12, 2026 — Porter Trustin Carlson has officially broken ground on a new 16,700 SF office and warehouse facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Ronco Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project.
The one-story, pre-engineered metal building will include approximately 13,000 SF of warehouse space with 25-foot clear height, two overhead doors and an additional overhead door with a loading dock. The remaining space will support Porter Trustin Carlson’s office operations with nine private offices, a conference room, breakroom, restrooms, storage areas and a covered patio.

The exterior will feature a combination of metal panels and wood siding accents, extensive glazing along the north elevation and a standing seam metal roof. The mix of office and warehouse space brings the company’s day-to-day operations together within a facility designed for both functionality and long-term use.
