A tenant improvement commercial construction project of the fourth floor of the West Dodge Hills office building located at 180th and Dodge Streets. The design of the 35,000 SF space incorporates an expansive, open community space visible throughout the office. The space includes a variety of seating groups, a large custom bar and kitchenette, as well as a game area with table tennis, foosball and shuffleboard. Integrated throughout the space are high-level finishes such as custom woodwork, felt linear acoustic ceiling and a deep polish concrete floor. With no private offices, Milliman’s workspace is a mix of more than 25 meeting rooms of various sizes, functionality and privacy.
