Dundee Flats is a 62,000 SF mixed-used and multi-family residential construction project located at 49th and Dodge Streets in Omaha’s Dundee neighborhood. In the 3-over-1 podium structure, three floors are a mix of 62 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 578 to 926 SF, designed to be both modern and timeless. The building also features a parking garage and commercial space that’s home to the Children’s Physicians Clinic and an Edward Jones office. The urban infill development has a historic façade that blends in seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.
