This industrial building construction project was built on a 23-acre site as a new 76,000 SF office and warehouse facility for Waldinger Corporation Omaha Division, a full-service mechanical, electrical and sheet metal contractor. The steel frame and precast wall panel building features 21,000 SF across two floors of finished office and training space, and a 55,000 SF fabrication and warehouse space.
