Located off 132nd St. and Cornhusker Road, the 10-acre site is home to a 100,000 SF industrial warehouse providing quick access to Interstate 80. Working with Home Depot’s in-house design team, 50,000 SF of the core precast building transformed into dedicated offices, training and conference rooms, a large breakroom and restrooms, with 35,000 SF as a climate-controlled distribution center.
