Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is a hotel construction project of a 65,491 SF four-over-one podium hotel in Gladstone, Missouri, just north of Kansas City. Built into native limestone bedrock, the 111-room hotel is a double walk out, with half the building at five stories and the other at four stories, separated by a 16 FT cast-in-place concrete retaining wall. It features an in-ground indoor pool, conference rooms, a dining and cocktail lounge, fitness area, and outdoor patio.
