Aloft Omaha West is a four-story, 83,000 SF hotel featuring a trendy hotel bar and restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center and urban-inspired meeting rooms. The 120 guest rooms range from 240 to 800 SF and feature an open room-bathroom concept in a hip and stylish design.

Originally constructed in 2019, this hotel construction project was a full renovation due to a July 2021 storm. The brightly-colored, decorative steel structure on the roof — the Swoof — was lifted off during the storm. It landed inside the hotel damaging the fire sprinkler system and left the interior exposed and severely water damaged. The hotel was demolished to the studs and fully rebuilt.
