Hotel Deco XV
Hotel Deco XV is one of downtown Omaha’s landmark buildings. Built in 1930 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Hotel is an exceptional example of the art deco architecture of the period. The Hotel’s rich heritage is exemplified by it’s inclusion among only 225 properties in the United States honored by membership in Historic Hotels of America in affiliation with the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Hotel is the only Historic Hotels of America property in Omaha and the state of Nebraska. The scope of work for this 97,000SF project included renovation of the 89 hotel rooms into boutique style hotel suites, elevator modernization, common area restoration, construction of the Zin Room restaurant, renovation of the hotel lobby and conference rooms, construction of the encore lounge and exterior restoration and improvements.
