A historic preservation construction project of the four-story, 51,000 SF Colonial Hotel into the Colonial Hotel Apartments. Redesigned into 40 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, the building features modern comfort and amenities while preserving the original 1910 renaissance revival-style limestone and other accents.
