Friedel Jewish Academy

The Friedel Jewish Academy is a 6,465 SF renovation and a 606 SF addition community construction project located on the 28-acre Staenberg Kooper Fellman campus at South 132nd Street in Omaha, Neb. The new addition includes a stairwell and elevator to connect the two floors of the academy. The first-floor renovation consists of updating the kitchen and administration offices. By transforming the unfinished lower level into an operational classroom wing, the academy can expand with a middle school, welcoming its first seventh graders in August 2023. Exterior work at the facility includes new windows, a star-shaped retaining wall and a basketball court.
