Salty Dog Bar and Grill is a locally owned Omaha restaurant specializing in scratch-made food. The 72nd and Hascall Streets restaurant is the second of its kind within the Metro, featuring a 1,950 SF dining space, a 350 SF bar, a 600 SF outdoor patio area, as well as a 700 SF private party space. To be able to cook their known CharBuff wings, a 1,140 SF kitchen allows for ample room to move about and prepare guests’ meals, as it also houses two walk-in coolers and a walk-in freezer. The space also features an office, restrooms, storage and utility areas.
