Metonic Real Estate Solutions announces the groundbreaking of their upcoming multifamily development, Square Apartments, in the heart of Midtown Omaha. The 73-home apartment community is at 30th and Leavenworth. It’s located across from Triangle Apartments, another Metonic property acquired in 2021.

The pet-friendly community features a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes. It has many desirable amenities, including smart-home living, package lockers, and a community room with a kitchen. Additionally, there’s a gaming area, coffee bar, fitness center, and covered deck. Located in Midtown Omaha, Square Apartments is in a top location less than five minutes from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Blackstone Neighborhood, and Midtown Crossing.

Metonic Real Estate Solutions has selected Ronco Construction as the general contractor. Other partners include Emprise Bank, Lamp Rynearson Civil Engineer, studio951 Architects, Tracy Cross Market Consultants, and Thiele Geotech.
