Complete renovation of the historic Hotel Deco, originally built in 1930 as the Redick Tower. This historic preservation construction project updated the 97,000 SF, 14-story building, including 89 hotel rooms, lobby, meeting rooms, bar and common spaces in a contemporary but modern style reminiscent of the original art deco design. Special care was taken to ensure the historic elements remained intact as the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been a member of the Historic Hotels of America since 2011.
