Ronco Breaks Ground on Blair Commons Project

Ronco Construction has begun infrastructure work for the new Blair Commons Development.

The project, located at 96th and Blair High Road, is a new Residential Community developed by Clarity Development.  The first phase of construction includes 192 Apartment units consisting of nine (3)-story buildings along with a clubhouse, swimming pool and three parking garages. The 220,000 square feet of living space designed by Fakler Architects will be occupied by summer of 2018.  Future phases include 50 additional apartment units along with 30 townhomes.

Site Demolition Completed for Dundee Flats Project

Site Demolition Completed for Dundee Flats Project

Dundee Flats is a new, four story mixed use building located at 49th and Dodge Street in Omaha, Nebraska.

The building has a mix of garage parking and retail on the first level with 62 apartment units above. The project is being developed by Sage Capital Real Estate with RDG leading the design team. Completion is scheduled for spring of 2018.

Blackstone Union and Blackstone Station Buildings Completed

Blackstone Union is a new five story apartment building located at 41st and Harney Streets in the Historic Blackstone Neighborhood.

The building consists of a first floor parking garage with a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on floors 2-5. The 43,000 square foot structure developed by Greenslate Development and Clarity Development was designed by Alley Poyner Macchietto Architects.

Blackstone Station located at 38th and Farnam Streets consists of a similar five story podium building, but also has a two story building adjoining Farman Street with 4,000 square feet of retail space on the lower level.

A shared patio between the two structures provides a great outdoor space for residents and business patrons to enjoy.
