Owned by Streck, a La Vista-based bio-tech company, Streck Apartments is a 108,400 SF, three-building apartment complex. Located next to the company's headquarters and production facility, this is the first-of-its-kind residential center in Nebraska. The 84-unit complex, known as The Nest, is a mix of studio, one- and two-bed apartments. It features a clubhouse, outdoor pool, fitness center, community areas and underground parking. Streck rents the affordable and convenient housing to its employees at a discount.
